Does anyone have real world experience running a Shimano 12-speed 105/GRX shifter with a Shimano 11-speed road RD (and FD)? I think 11-speed and 12-speed Shimano road RDs have the same 1.4 pull ratio, so as long as the chain and cassette are 12-speed, it should work, and the video below seems to indicate that it does. Performance in a bike stand doesn't necessarily indicate real world performance though, so I'm interested to hear if anyone is actually using this combination.
