Mam, my wife has a Rodriguez Rohloff-equipped bike as well, and loves it. Like the one you are looking at, it has S&S couplers and 26" wheels. She also is a hefty woman. She does not have a lot of experience riding (her thing is open water swimming, mine is bicycling) but the Rohloff worked very well for her on a couple tours we have taken in Britain and France.
Looking at the bike that you are considering, I suspect it would be easy for you to adjust it to fit. And fwiw, I also have two Rodriguez bikes, one a travel bike with thre couplers but no Rohloff. They do good work.
Oh, this is good info. And I'm glad you chimed in about sizing. Not all active people are tiny (nor should they need to be). I ski, I bike, I walk, I hike. I'm just bigger, but that is OK!
