Shimano BH-90 olives and barbs

when running my own hydraulic brake lines on several bikes using Hope RX4+ calipers, I will be setting up 3 or 4 road bikes with Ultegra 8020 mechanical integrated shifters. I bought multiple sets of these a while back that were OEM but without hoses or calipers. So my plan is to use Hope "universal fit" braided stainless steel brake hose. I have the little barbs and washers and the nut for the Hope calipers but I don't believe I have any of the Shimano BH-90 olives and barbs needed to connect up to the Ultegra 8020 integrated hydraulic levers.

I thought of buying a 50 count shop jar of these and I wanted to make sure I go genuine Shimano too. But are generics just as good? Also, just wondering if anyone uses the 50 count jar and if so why are the prices so variable? One vendor on eBay has them for $99 while others have them for $140 or even $200. Any advice of where to obtain a proper quantity at a decent price? Thanks, much.
