Who knows...without really looking at it in person and checking all the components you will never quite now but it will need a tune up at the very least but probably new rubber and maybe more depending on the quality of work done. The newer parts could be decent but the overall frame is almost 30 years old so probably very limited tire clearance and who knows what that bike has gone through. If everything is in really good shape and no dents or dings in the frame and the parts are all in good shape and move well and of course it fits really well maybe 450 could be worth it to a collector but I have seen newer bikes in that same price range with similar parts.

Ultra sports are pretty basic Conti road tires and the Velo 7 is a basic wired computer just as an FYI the other parts who knows but if you want to post pictures get involved with the many active threads in the forum and make 10 posts total over 2 24h periods and you can show us pictures and also learn more about bikes and share thoughts and opinions and see what a fun forum this is.
