bike prices are in the toilet now but 400 - 450 seems like a pretty good price for that. Is that the original fork ? I do not know
the real variables are - does it fit you ? is there any damage, particularly frame damage ? and last what willl be required to put it in safe riding condition.
as always, with any used bike, at least have someone knowledgeable check it out if you're not able to assess safety and rideability. Inspect tires, brake adjustment, and shifting should work well.
