A Little More Than Last Year
My goal is to ride further that I did last year and increase my average mph a little, lose 20 lbs. I figure dropping 20 pounds will make the other 2 a little easier.
All very doable goals. I have already dropped 10 lbs over last year but I'm not counting that it's 20 lbs from where I am today, that will have me at 180 lbs.
I figure dropping that 20 lbs will do more for my cycling than just about anything else I'm likely to do.
And it's a lot cheaper than buying a lighter bike.
