you're right.
after an initial experiment with Giro that didn't really work, a model circa 1990, like Greg Lemond wore

i switched to specialized because they fit better.
I loved them, and even better, my team at the time was sponsored by them, so we got those great sub6 (i think that's what they were called) helmets.
anyway - went back to giro, which seems to fit better than specialized these days.
it had seemed that specialized had all but disappeared from the pro peloton for a few years, and only just recently had i noticed more teams wearing them. after seeing your scans, i see that they're making a big push this season.

Oh and it comes with a removable visor as well...Gerolsteiner, Cofidis, Lotto, Milram, Liberty Suguros, Domina and others all wear this helmet if that sort of thing matters to you.
