Emphasis mine!

I had a run of that the end of 2023, worse by far than the COVID a year earlier. Primed me for a bout of bronchitis early in '24, none of those being something I'd wish on anyone.

Meanwhile whatever caught up with me last week seems to have passed on, leaving me willing and more than able to get back on the trainer later today to start a new month's accrual. Managed just shy of 100 miles for March, well off my 187 for February.

April's in between in length but has the advantage of potential for better outdoor weather riding so I'm encouraged! Be trainer today though, forecast is for rain & snow, high of 45°F & wind gusts to 28 mph w/ rain later.

And as our sump pump seems to have developed a leak in its discharge pipe assembly (discovered last night after work) I have a bit of maintenance to get done this morning.
