For what its worth - level one for the Aethos was 5k feet of climbing. Level two is 10k feet.

For flat roads - a few months ago I purchased the Uranium Nuclear as it was listed as the fastest bike on flat courses. I guess that's no longer the case.
The frame upgrades are independent of the wheels. So your special lightweight wheels will have the same upgrade effect on a base frame as they do on a fully upgraded frame.

None of the upgrades matter if you are not racing or aiming for segment PRs. In your case you will be able to climb AdZ about a minute or so faster on an upgraded Aethos vs the default Zwift bike.
