Bikes: Batavus Intercycle Winner women's 3-speed (1985)

Serial Number help
I have an '85 Batavus Intercycle Winner, women's 3-speed. The serial I found is WKE 5422686 as near as I can tell. Can anyone please help me date or get built by info for this?
