Kestrel 200 SCi stuck seatpost

Hi! I have the chance to buy a vintage Kestrel 200 SCi at an attractive price, but it has a stuck seatpost. I've read many articles and posts about removing stuck posts, but all of them revolve around aluminum in steel. A couple of questions to the wise ones here:
  • Does anyone know the internal construction of the Kestrel 200 SCi seatpost fitting/clamp (is it an aluminum tube bonded into the CF? something else?)
  • Has anyone successfully extracted a stuck post from a Kestrel and if yes, how?
Many thanks in advance!
