I am having issues with this axle on my 2022 Orbea Alma H10. Every time I tighten the axle it binds the front wheel and when it is not binding there is a play on the axle. Am I missing a part from my hub? It never had this issue until it was packed and shipped when I put it together this is now happening? did I drop a part? How can I fix this? Can I buy a regular thru axle and just replace this Suntour QR idea?
