But it's not really the "Fast Lane", is it? The speed limit is 10mph I believe. It can be faster than the other lanes. Many times there is a cop taking radar and bagging people for speeding in the Fast Lane. I love this state.
I want to strangle a FIB everytime I drive near Chicago. All of us out of state folks get to park on the toll way waiting to toss coins in a basket while the locals zip by in the E-Z Pass lanes. I think we should put up baricades on the Minnesota / Wisconsin border and make anyone with Illinois plates go park somewhere for a while before allowing them to procede on the Interstate Highway.
