I replaced my 10-speed Shimano Ultegra brifters with MicroShift units a few years ago. Readily available and much cheaper, and I prefer their simpler mechanism.

Microshift and Sensah and the like have based their business to a large degree on manufacturing replacements for components that Shimano no longer supports. If you insist on genuine Shimano parts, you likely are or soon will be out of luck, of course.
