Microshift and Sensah and the like have based their business to a large degree on manufacturing replacements for components that Shimano no longer supports. If you insist on genuine Shimano parts, you likely are or soon will be out of luck, of course.
I like Centos 11 drop shifters - they work great with R7000 105 components and were much cheaper than Shimano.
