While I am grateful for your contribution, that is not the kind of information that I am seeking here. Those are just the lifestyle platitudes that I mentioned at the end of my last post. "This is what a bunch of healthy people seem to do so you should to do that too". Mediterranean diets, move around, etc.

What I seek are mechanistic explanations for IR and T2D at the cellular level. And the scientific community has not definitively sorted that out yet. If they had, we'd have heard about the Nobel prizes getting handed out.
