I went to their shop once to get a rear rack slightly modified. The first thing I thought was whether someone would hesitate before plopping down a lot of coin for a custom bike if they first saw the location. It’s literally up against the tracks on a dead end street next to a junkyard. When it’s warm out, they keep the door open but the iron gate locked, and for good reason.
