Actually, the seatpost, handlebar and stem are standard and easily replaced by something better. Since the seatpost remain fixed when the bike is folded, its also possible to use a carbon seatpost.

I have a lot of pictures of several All-Day and they all look different in geometry including the seatpost angle. This blue one seems to have a short reach? Mine has a much longer reach and much more angled seatpost.




BTW. one of the latest produced has a Can Creek seatpost.
