No, not on the actual braking surface of the rotors. But I am sure that I've let the towelette brush against the braking surface. When the bike was new, I'd take isopropyl alcohol and clean them if I suspected such contamination from the towels or spraying of other cleaners or stuff nearby. However for the last couple years I've not worried about such contamination. They don't squeal or anything. So maybe they aren't getting contaminated or maybe it's nothing that bothers them.
