Maybe, not sure, Malliard could be French thread on the hub, you'll probably have to get it off to see.

The CCC should have a pile of SunTour freewheels, they are plentiful and rarely have any problems, should be way cheaper than efbay and waiting.

I always clean them a bit without forcing any muck into them and then dribble 50 wt oil into them and let them sit over night.

If they are crunchy to begin with I flush with Marvel Mystery oil then lube overnight, almost never had one that didn't recover and go the distance.
