Most rain doesn't bother me. If it's raining heavily when I'm headed out, I might not ride, but if it's likely to rain on my return trip, I'll take the chance. Sometimes I even bring clothes to change into. But yes, I use my Metrocard sometimes, and weather is sometimes the reason.
