Everything new from the stem forward = red flag
And the fork line in your photo and downtube-tyre gap do not look the same as in the pic of that pretty one.

But even if I am right, the bike is still a score and probably worth fixing if bent.

That looks like the Zeus 5-pin crankset which reportedly has a *slightly* different bcd from the english pattern - be a good mechanic and measure it for us?
