You're comparing the wrong model there. Panaracer has a Gravel King Slick R model which has the exact same 2.4mm center thickness as the RH.
And which side wall color is being compared in that chart? Did you know tan sidewalls are heavier than black sidewalls? There's a reason most tires are black, you're making a sacrifice in the chemistry to get the tan look. Tan sidewall can also have higher rolling resistance, ironically since RH's big thing is tan sidewalls. You have a brand which touts its tires as performing well, but at the same time they make spec choices against their supposed priority. Kind of tells you where their true priorities lie (hint: they're a marketing company, not a tire making company, they make absolutely nothing).
