My Paclite jacket packs fairly small and Infinium jacket also packs small - weighs around 250 gms … it beads water well and is seam sealed - but does not have the waterproof ability of the other Gore-Tex stuffs so might not be ideal ?

Caught in the rain during a hike early last week - the Gore-Tex Infinium jacket worked very well - it beaded water as well as my kid’s regular REI Gore-Rex jacket / did not wet out at all
