Sounds like a wife, not a friend. I commute 28 miles then get home and have to take the wifey on her 20 mile training ride. You can bet I was happy when she said, I'm taking a day off tommorrow. Still gotta haul my arse to work and back though. We also ride 50-100 miles per weekend on the tandem, mostly.
