Bikes: To many to name - I ride a custom built steel frame.

732 is the Passa non passa and 718 is the mill.
Campagnolo has a tool to help this process- Passa/.non-passa.
Tool slide onto the steerer tube and allow for a "dry fit" type of set up.

*********************************************************************************

To get a perfect fit, the crown race mill is the tool.
Diameter and precision of the grind are important.

Use a proper race setting tool to get the crown race to lie flat.

This is a case where the correct tools will make for a precision fit.

One could use some alternative tools, but it may take a lot more time and hand
work to get it to the same level of quality fit.

Should you have access to a pro kit/ or tool collection, take the time to:
face the bb shell and headtube.
The cups will fit better, and I have noticed that lock rings stay tighter.

Check the alignment of the rear and fork drop outs.

All the signs of a pro finish on a bicycle.

Good luck,
rusty
