Is There A Technical Difference Between These Altus and Alivio Shifters?
Just look at'em:





These are an Altus M2010 and an Alivio M3100 and at least on the outside, they look identical. Which makes me wonder if they're technically any different on the inside. Price-wise, I can get the Alivio for a dollar or so less than the Altus, which is great. But is there a real difference between the two?
