Thank you all for the answers. So basically the inner part of the hub is held into place and cannot spin around the thru axle because it is pressed from right and left and the friction force inside the hub is lower than the friction force required to rotate the inner part of the hub around the thru axle. The only possibility of the hub to spin around the thru axle would be if the hub would be jammed and it couldn't rotate at all and then the wheel's only option to spin, would be to spin around the thru axle? Or the side forces pushing on the inner part of the hub would be too strong to allow the wheel to spin and then it would block the wheel from spinning ?
