I run a 35 up front and a 45 rear Tera speed. As others have pointed out more weight is on the rear tire and it takes more punishment. Also there is a lot of climbing in my area. When you are climbing the weight is on the rear and a lower pressure is better and more comfortable. When descending speed is the game and the narrower tire up front is faster when weight is transferred forward at high speeds.
I personally love this setup but do admit it’s not as stable as a wider tire up front, but it is much faster and more agreeable on the road sections of my rides.
