I mounted
SKS Bluemels Basic 20" 60mm on my Bike Friday All-Day, they are excellent. I think that they should fit on the New World Tourist too. If they are too wide for the New World Tourist, they exists also in 53mm.
The tires on the bike of the picture are 54x406.
