Yes, I suspect that the OP's hubs are either Triomphe or Victory. The Triomphe/Victory hub shells are superficially very similar, and both use the same Gran Sport axles and cones, but the finish was different. Triomphe hubs were tumble-polished, while Victory hubs had a satin finish.
