This is like one of those geometric logic puzzles. The key is to unwind the loops without simultanously putting in new loops. Before trying to unwind the loops, instead envision in your mind how to put loops into a straight horizontal chain; aft of chain staying stationary, you will take the chain forward of it and either loop it UP and then back forward, or loop it DOWN and then back forward. Now do the reverse on your looped chain; On the bottom horizontal chain run, look at the loops and, holding one end (front near the chainring or back near the rear derailler), grasp the other end to unwind that loop. If that causes another loop to form, stop and undo what you just did. You may need to grasp the chain between the two loops, in order to unwind one loop while simultaneously unwinding the other loop, as the two loops may cancel each other out. Or, grasp the chain outside of both loops, and bring the chain together to undo both loops simultaneously. Just keep slowly experimenting and I think you will get it undone. It's just one of those geometric puzzles that requires patience and playing with it a while to solve. Remember, the chain did not break itself, loop, and put itself back together; It put in both loops while fully connected. Probably happened from the chain bouncing somehow.
EDIT: Bucks County?! I have a relative that worked at both Frankford Arsenal and Johnsville Naval Air Station before both disappeared, the latter of which on satellite pics, you can see remnants of runways where the concrete remains in front of houses.
