I've ordered from both Bike Inn and Lord Gun multiple times...No duties charged. Probably a loophole they use to get around it.

I bought some carbon wheels from BTLOS a few years ago, which is in China. $780. The receipt in the box that came with the wheels said "Jewelry" for the item description.
