no, my point is that it won't work, and if you had so much as one tiny clue you'd realize the same thing.

take note of the stamped shape of the ring.... etc.
there are several other clues.

now,, back to your inability the get the MIDDLE ring to run quietly in the Sora der... .. to repeat what i said earlier... "got some time to measure several front derailleurs... 11.6 to 14mm in the middle ring zones...
a wide variety of triples were measured.,, from old suntours and LX shimanos, to new Deores, an Altus, and a rare Dura Ace triple.... mtb and road."

note the TEN millimeters measurement you show in your image...
i only have a Sora 2x fd-3400 here right now... it measures 13.7 in the low gear area, and 11mm in the fairly short high gear area..

the Claris 2403 Triple i have in front of me now measures... 12mm in the mid area... 11mm in high, and 13.5mm or so in the low area.

your old derailleur shows advanced cage wear in the mid area, btw.
and it appears that crankset is for an MTB.. the bike appears to be a road bike... so that might bring a Too Wide Chainline Issue into the mix, causing... Chain rub on the der. cage, especially when shifted to the middle ring............................ as will the tail of the cage being too far from the rings, due it being for a less vertical, more laid back seat tube. ... that typically effects the low gear cage rub though.
good luck.
