fourth... the 483mm A-C fork brings you within 42mm of the previous fork's fully extended length, and that previous fork dropped at least 25 to 35mm once you sat on the bike... that's called "sag".. most susp. forks call for1/4 to 1/3 total travel "sag" when setting the bike up...
And as i said earlier, you won't be able to notice the difference... 7 to 10mm, typically.... the head tube angle change is so tiny, it won't matter one bit, and will actually be an imperceptible advantage for your intended use of the bike.
Thanks very maddog , i didnt know how much sag there would be or how the bike actually fits yet, so im trying to learn a bit b4 it comes.
they recommend M but I saw two different charts , im 175 chart1 said large was from 175 up, where as another said L was for 180 up , so I went for medium to be safe.
but I'd rather be on a start end of a large than the high end of a M , but had to play it safe.

so I was thinking that I'd probably have suspension locked out most of the time, I'll wait to see how the bike actually fits first , but it's good to understand the amount of sag better thanks
