The Wheelset you have pictured is130mm rear wheel hub, so usable for 130... you would need to remove current 10 spd cassette and use a compatible 8 spd cassette. The wheelset COULD be Shimano compatible... in which case it would only work with Shimano compatible cassettes in 8,9,10 spd... And shifting from your campy shifters may not work recisely/well.
IF your shifters are Friction (downtube?) shifters, you provide ALL the shifting precision and could use Shimano 8 spd (or whatever...) or Campy, or whatever...
If your Shifters are 'Indexed', you're best staying with Campy Cassette wheels.
