Yeah, I have no idea how the pads got contaminated. I could have seen it with the front, where I was making Three Stooges-level screwups, but the rear went perfectly. I took the pads out, never touching the surface, put them in a baggie out of the way. did the bleed, cleaned up with isopropanol, and only then did I take the pads out of the bag and put them back. And they'd been nice and quiet prior to the bleed.
