Yeah, I gave up on the Wahoo ROLLR. I know I'm getting unreasonable in my old age, but I expect things to work. So, the ROLLR went back to Amazon yesterday and I'm back to the old school (non electronic gizmo) rollers. I'll just have to use wrenches to set the gear up to where I want the power @ 150 RPM.
I’ve been using mine to rehab after my robotic lobectomy (removing the upper lobe from my right lung).
I have Favero power meter pedals and use Rouvy workouts and rides. I find that to be pretty darn realistic. One of my favorite local rides is on Rouvy, Neuse River trail and I find that that setup is very realistic it feels just like I am riding that route,
