Something that is mid pack like NovaRide. A Ceramic Speed is obviously the most name recognized OSPW and beyond the miniscule watt savings you are just buying it because it says Ceramic Speed. Kogel makes good looking OSPW that are cheaper, but IMO for $350 before discount code the NovaRide CCD EVO will give all the bling you need while providing you those marginal gains, but not having to buy a cheap Alliexpress OSPW.

IMO the better play is just buying oversized ceramic jockey wheels. Much cheaper with basically the same benefits and stupid easy to install. I did BBInfinite oversized jockey wheels for SRAM at $130 shipped with a $20 coupon. No need for a new chain since it works as long as your chain was properly sized from the start
