V brakes are extremely simple. In a 1:1 comparison I'd expect little difference from the arms and more effective difference from the pad compound, and having them adjusted right.
The main advantage of the Paul ones is that they have vertical adjustment for installing an incorrect iconoclastic wheel size (but that screws up the leverage). And they match the ano color of any other Paul parts.
$220-250 for a single brake is... something. Literally ten times the price
