My cell phone generally lives in my pocket. If I were carrying it daily on my bars it would be a QuadLock set up. For my occasional needs I use the Delta Phone Holder which holds nicely and doesn't let go but I use it so infrequently just because I don't need that distraction.
Those rubber ones I do not trust and random stuff from random sellers online I certainly wouldn't want to trust with something is important as the modern cell phone.
