At a glance it's not the noodle's fault, your brake setup is kind of weird. The arms should be about parallel, with about half that much bare cable from the noodle to the pinch bolt
Can you move a spacer on the pad post?
Is this an older canti frame with closer pegs? They should be 77mm or greater on center but older bikes can be closer.
