Been too long. Rode down the Grand River to Lake Erie from Hamilton after work Thursday, slept in Rock Point Park, over to Port Colborne and up the Welland Canal back to the train in St Catharines in the morning. Really nice time, nice riding, nice part of the world for anyone with the opportunity to check it out. Particularly the Welland Canal trail.
