I ended up ordering a SLX/Deore FC-M672 ring on eBay which is meant to be compatible.
I think every single one of my non-stock chainrings was made by an after market company. But with the newer four bolt patterns, you might have less choice. I think all of the small granny gear chainrings I have bought were for a five arm (not four) 74mm BCD crank, there were several companies that made them.
