GET OFF THE ROAD!. When you're coming up on a slower vehicle and want to make a right, gently move into the lane (after checking it again, of course), get behind the slower vehicle, turn on your turn signal, and make your right. This is the prescribed manner for
all vehicles, and if you're not following it, you don't know the law and
you are the one who shouldn't be on the road.
This will cost you all of 15 seconds. You should be willing to forfeit those 15 seconds, since you are the one who has decided to travel in the least efficient, most damaging way possible.
