Wow. That's a lot of water. I just came back from a 3.75-hour ride that started at 89 degrees F and ended at 97 degrees, and I drank about 16 of the 24 oz of warmish tap water in my bottle. I weigh less than 120 lbs, though, so there's that. And I drank a cup or so of water before rolling out the door.
