I looked into this recently and went with SPIREXBIKE — mainly liked the clean metal look, not plasticky like some others. Didn’t expect much performance gain, but it’s quieter than I thought and pretty light (around 70g).Nothing fancy, just looks good, works fine, and the price was fair.
Have thought, with no direct proof, that the increased size of the wheels, cage and additional chain would create more aero drag, thus negating the marginal gain.
