If you turn your Kalloy stem up to the 45 degree maximum, the handlebars will be higher and the horizontal reach the same or less than a 60mm stem.

Otherwise, you want a steep rise stem of a longish length so that length gives you height. You need to stay with the type of stem that has a visible top cap because you have a non-metal fork steerer tube. So something like this:

This 40 degree stem at 105mm length has an identical horizontal reach to your 6 degree 60mm stem.
