Ok guys, I've did some offers on an internet site for bikes and a guys is coming to my house tomorrow to show me his bike that he has to sell.

It's a Trek 2300 2004

it has 4000 km on it
Full ultegra 9 speed groupo
original components
new chain though
a bit used tires

coming with pedals and wireless cyclocomputer

Now the question is:

He asked 1,800$ for it on his website.

I've told him I have a budget of about 1,500$ and told him I couldn't go higher than 1,600$...

Is it a good deal?

All currency is in CAD and he is coming tomorrown morning at 10 AM, I would like some advice really fast, tahnks everybody.
