This may also sound silly, but wrap the seat post in a bag of ice and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. The heat the tube with light heat, but get it really warm. Douse with lots of oil, get it messy! Twist slowly, firmly. Do it again and again. I've had so much luck with this quirky approaches. Save that frame!
